With a particular interest in athlete wellbeing, effective leadership and organisational excellence, Katerina Archontaki aims to help build sporting environments that promote mental health, mutual respect, cooperation and continuous growth.

Her goal is to support athletes, coaches, teams, executives and sports organisations in creating a culture of psychological safety, mental resilience and high performance, where everyone can develop their potential and pursue their goals in a healthy, supportive environment. She also gives great weight to high standards of professional ethics, to protecting athletes’ physical and psychological integrity, and to transparency and the principles of responsible management.

For Katerina Archontaki, real success in sport is measured by wins, titles and performances, and also by the quality of the environment in which a person develops. She believes that high performance and mental wellbeing can exist together and strengthen each other.

These two international certificates are an important part of her ongoing professional training. They reflect her belief that knowledge, mental resilience, empathetic leadership and respect for the individual are the foundations of any lasting success.

Her philosophy

For Katerina Archontaki, psychotherapy goes beyond treating a single difficulty. It is a process of self-discovery, personal growth and reconnecting with ourselves.

She believes that everyone can discover their strengths, work through what troubles them and build a more balanced everyday life.

With respect, empathy, confidentiality and an individual approach, she creates a safe therapeutic space where people can express themselves freely, without fear or judgement.

Her aim is to help people face today’s difficulties and also find the strength to look at tomorrow with hope, confidence and optimism.

Greece and abroad

Her international experience links Athens with London and Manchester.

She offers individual psychotherapy, couples counselling and group therapy, as well as online sessions in English and Greek, so support is within reach wherever you live.

Because everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves better, to grow and to move forward.
