How I can help

Every person has their own story. Every difficulty deserves to be heard, and any change can begin with one small step.

Katerina Archontaki, Psychotherapist and Relationship & Couples Counsellor, with her services: individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, group therapy and online sessions

Individual psychotherapy

There are moments in life when our thoughts, feelings and everyday difficulties feel like too much. Anxiety, sadness, personal loss, changes in our relationships or low self-confidence can affect our emotional balance.

Individual psychotherapy offers a safe space for expression, acceptance and real conversation, where you can speak freely, without fear or judgement.

Through an approach shaped around you, we explore what concerns you, notice repeating patterns of thinking and behaviour, and look for new ways of handling difficulties.

The aim is to help you feel better now and to build more self-awareness, emotional resilience and trust in your own strengths.

Couples therapy & relationship counselling

Every relationship goes through different stages. Daily routine, heavier workloads, poor communication, conflict or emotional withdrawal can slowly open a distance between two people.

Couples therapy offers a neutral, supportive setting where partners can express their needs and feelings, listen to each other and understand the difficulties they face more deeply.

In the sessions we work on communication, trust, handling conflict and recognising each partner’s needs.

Relationship counselling is for more than couples in crisis. It can also help people who want to strengthen their relationship, face a major change or go through a separation with more understanding and respect.

Every meaningful relationship has its difficulties. What holds it together is the ability to communicate and understand each other.

Group therapy

We often believe we face our difficulties alone. By meeting other people, we can find that feelings, fears and worries we thought were ours alone are shared human experiences.

Group therapy creates a supportive setting where members can share experiences, hear different points of view and become more aware of themselves and their relationships.

With the therapist’s guidance, and within a framework of respect, confidentiality and clear boundaries, the group can become a place of personal discovery and growth.

Interacting with others gives us the chance to notice our own behaviour, practise new ways of communicating and build confidence.

Online sessions

The need for psychological support knows no geographical limits. A busy daily life, work commitments, living abroad or difficulty travelling do not have to stand in the way of getting help.

Online sessions offer psychotherapeutic support from your own space, with flexibility and without having to come to the office.

With experience in Greece and abroad, Katerina Archontaki holds sessions in English and Greek. People living in Athens, London or elsewhere can take part, where local professional rules allow it.

Online therapy rests on the same principles of respect, confidentiality and professional ethics as sessions in person. Whether it suits you depends on your personal needs and circumstances.

Distance should not stop you from looking after yourself.

The first step starts with you

You do not need to have all the answers before asking for support. It is enough to recognise that something is on your mind and that you want to explore it.

Get in touch and we can talk about your needs and about arranging a first session.
